Privacy Policy

How this website and Aleks Szulc collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Last updated: August 2026

Who This Applies To

This Privacy Policy covers szulcaleks.com and Aleks Szulc's boxing and kickboxing personal training services in Warsaw. It explains what personal data is collected through the website and through the coaching relationship, and how it's used. This is separate from the data protection clause in the Training Agreement & Waiver, which covers data collected specifically for delivering training sessions.

What Data Is Collected

Depending on how you interact with the site, the following may be collected:

  • Contact details you provide directly - name, phone number, email - when you message via WhatsApp, email, or fill out any form
  • Basic health/fitness information you choose to share before or during training, for safety purposes
  • Standard technical data (browser type, approximate location, pages visited) if analytics tools are added to the site in the future

This site does not currently use cookies of its own or run visitor analytics. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

Third-Party Embeds

Some pages embed content directly from Instagram (e.g. the Recent Reels section on the About page). When those embeds load, Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.) may set its own cookies and collect data according to Instagram's own privacy policy, independently of this site. The Google Maps embed on the Location page works the same way, governed by Google's privacy policy.

How Data Is Used

Personal data collected through direct contact (WhatsApp, email) is used solely to schedule and deliver training sessions, answer questions, and communicate about bookings. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Contact and booking information is kept only as long as needed to provide services and meet any legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted on request or as a matter of routine housekeeping.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU/EEA, including Poland, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data held about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Poland, the UODO)
